Earlier this month, David Rojas Garcia, of Hull, was arrested for the June 4 shooting death of Saheed Snow at Nellie B Homes. Garcia, who was the alleged shooter, was found the following day at a residence in Tallassee Villas on Athens’ west side, according to the Athens-Clarke County police.
There was a second suspect at-large up until this week.
As reported in the Athens Banner-Herald, Martin Borja Garcia, of Danielsville, turned himself in to authorities at the Clarke County Jail on Tuesday, according to law enforcement officials.
The two suspects have multiple charges including malice, felony and second-degree murder, according to public records.

Robbery was the motive behind the fatal shooting, according to police spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez.
Although the suspects are relatives, police were not certain if they were brothers or cousins, Rodriguez said.
Immediately after the shooting, which was reported at approximately 8 p.m. on the evening of June 4, officers discovered Snow, 21, lying in a parking lot at the eastside housing complex with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Eyewitnesses told police that Snow got into a vehicle occupied by what they believed to be two Latino males. They heard the gunshots which happened inside of the car. One of the men pulled him out and left him in the parking lot, according to police.
Police said that David Garcia fled on foot while Martin Garcia drove off.
